Copyright & DMCA Policy

Ingenue Rights Co. (“Ingenue”) respects intellectual property and personal-likeness rights and responds to valid notices of infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian law. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, or that someone has listed your likeness without authorization, follow the process below.

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to our designated agent at hello@ingenue.aiwith the subject line “Copyright/Likeness Notice.” To be valid, your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or the likeness you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Service you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (such as the listing or scan ID).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the affected user, and, where appropriate, suspend the listing. Because Ingenue scans are bound to a verified identity, claims that a listing uses your likeness without consent are taken especially seriously and may result in immediate removal pending review.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to hello@ingenue.ai that identifies the removed material, includes your contact information and signature, and includes a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
